E-Design

Designer for a day / Virtual Stylist $ 175-225  1hr  Virtual or in person  walk-through where the client takes notes and implements suggestions. We give general design ideas on space planning, materials, basic color, furniture arrangement, de-cluttering, and accessory placement. No design boards/plans or furniture lists are provided.                                                                                                                                               E-Decorator $ 650-850 ^  per room ( Residential only. Does not include re-builds, Kitchens, or extra large primary baths )   BLD design team after consult goes to work on concepts to best highlight your needs and wants. The client is then provided with a floor plan, mood board, and shoppable furniture list.  Aproximate time frame is 2-6 weeks depending on # and size of rooms.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          New builds  for Kitchens/Baths call for pricing starting at    $3995   per rm                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Unlike full-service design, the designer does not oversee any contractors, procure any product or implement any of the project aspects which makes it a more desirable choice for BLD clients not within the local area, or those who would not be able to otherwise acquire BLD design services, Ideal for those that need to work in stages of the room/budget or who like to be more hands-on /DIY.
