Color consultations are using the elements already in room such as counters/ fireplace surrounds etc.. recommendations for changes to surfaces are a design project and need their own SOW.

What we do for a Color Perfect Consultation

We provide additional color sheets for shopping for furniture, accessories, and textiles to ensure you are working with the correct palate.

Basic Color Perfect Consultation $350
Basic consultation includes up to 3 rooms. ( Each additional room is $125 but transitional areas like hallways stairwells and entryways are included.) Kitchen/Bath colors use what is already there. BLD will analyze the flooring, countertops, and backsplash, as well as other finishes in the room to recommend the perfect color for your cabinets. and/or walls. To recommend changes in existing fixtures becomes a design job and would require a SOW.

As described above, Includes up to 5 rooms for homes under 3000 sqft. Larger homes above 3200 sqft additional $ 125 per room

Color for Built Ins (+$125.00) Cabinets fall under whole room consultations. Exterior Paint Consultations (+$375.00 includes minor curb appeal and landscaping suggestions)
